Photography
I am an experienced photographer with over 12 years’ experience, delivering high-quality imagery across official photo calls, announcements, live events and documentary coverage, supporting visual storytelling and communication outputs.
Videography
I develop end-to-end video content, from concept and scripting to filming, editing and final delivery. The videos highlighted below were produced in full by me, including content capture, narrative structure and post-production.
I am highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and create bespoke, publication-ready video content under tight timelines. I am also formally trained in audio recording techniques, ensuring high production quality across all outputs.
Produced all official video outputs for the Irish Prime Minister during President Joe Biden visit, with exclusive access to high-level bilateral engagements.
Sole on-the-ground videographer for Ireland at COP, developing and producing end-to-end audiovisual storytelling across high-level international engagements.
Led content strategy and production for the Irish Prime Minister during European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen’s visit to Ireland, covering high-level engagements in Government Buildings.
Produced an end-to-end video for Budget 2024, interviewing former Minister for the Environment and Climate Eamon Ryan and Minister of State Ossian Smyth. Responsible for filming, b-roll capture, editing and animation.
Web Design
I design and structure digital content that translates complex public policy into clear, accessible and user-focused web experiences. Working within gov.ie, I develop content architecture, messaging hierarchies and navigation structures that enable users to quickly understand and act on information.
My work is grounded in accessibility and usability, ensuring compliance with Government standards while improving clarity, readability and engagement. I collaborate closely with policy teams to shape content from the outset, aligning user needs with strategic communication objectives.
In previous roles, I have built and managed websites, with experience in SEO and content optimisation to improve visibility, performance and user engagement.
Design Systems & Branding Governance
As Branding Manager for the Department, I lead the development and implementation of visual identity systems that ensure consistency, accessibility and scalability across Government communications.
I created a suite of sector-specific templates designed for ease of use across the organisation, enabling staff to produce high-quality, compliant communications while maintaining a cohesive Government identity. I also developed an intranet resource hub providing guidance, templates and best practice to support consistent application at scale.
In addition, I authored a mandatory e-learning course on branding and accessibility for all Department staff, embedding best practice and strengthening design capability across the organisation.
Visual Identity
I design and implement visual identity systems that ensure clarity, consistency and scalability across communication outputs.
As lead designer on the Circular Economy Strategy launch, I developed the visual identity and applied it across reports, social media and video content, creating a cohesive and recognisable communication framework.
